Physical Description

Paper, about 6 1/8 in. by 4 1/4, consisting of 38 leaves, one of which (fol. 6) is slightly torn. The quires are signed with letters (ܟܒ, ܟܓ, ܟܕ). There are lacunae after foll. 8 and 34. The number of lines in each page is 14 or 15.

Hand 1 (sole, Unspecified Syriac script): This manuscript is written in a good, regular hand, with occasional Greek and Syriac vowels; dated A. Gr. 1810, A.D. 1499; written by the priest Moses of Mount Lebanon.

Note: Of the first tone, only a small portion remains, and the seventh and fourth are slightly imperfect. The subscription on fol. 11 a gives the name of the scribe, the priest Moses of Mount Lebanon, and the date.

There are from 13 to 15 lines in each page.
