Addition 1 (Fol. 2a): On fol. 2 a there is a note stating that the book belonged by purchase to the deacon Moses bar Ḥafṣ of Rās-'ain ܐܝܬܘܗܝ ܦܢܩܝܬܐ ܗܕܐ ܕܡܘܫܐ ܡܫܡܫܢܐ ܒܪ ܚܦܨ (حَفْص) ܢܖܣܒܖܝܐ (sic) ܡܢ ܪܝܫܥܝܢܐ ܕܩܢܝܗ ܐܝܟ ܕܠܝܘܬܪܢܐ ܕܩܢܘܡܗ ܘܕܐܝܠܝܢ ܕܦܓܥܝܢ ܒܗ. ܟܠ ܕܝܢ ܕܫܐܠ ܠܗ ܒܙܢܐ ܐܝܢܐ ܕܗܘ ܘܟܡܢ ܥܠܝܗ ܏ܘܫ
Addition 2 (Fol. 1b): On fol. 1 b there is another note, which tells us that this volume was presented by Shabūr bar 'Idūraḳ (?) and his nephew Ḥabīb bar Simeon, of Rās-'ain, to the monastery of S. Mary Deipara, in the time of the abbat Moses of Nisībis.
