Physical Description
Vellum, about 12 3/8 in. by 9 5/8, consisting of 51 leaves, some of which are much stained, and two, foll. 45 and 51, much torn. The quires are signed with letters. Leaves are wanting after foll. 19, 42, 48 and 50. Each page is divided into three columns, of from 40 to 77 lines.
Hand 1 (major, Estrangela script):
The writing, which is small and neat, though not very regular, is evidently that of an Edessene scribe of the vth or vith cent.
Hand 2 (minor, Unspecified Syriac script):
The first three pages are in a different hand of somewhat later date.
