Paper, about 7 1/2 in. by 5 7/8, consisting of 114 leaves. The quires, signed with letters, are 9 in number. A single leaf is wanting after fol. 113. There are from 21 to 30 lines in each page.

Ṣalībā bar Zechariah has written some words on fol. 1 b, where he also drawn figures of S. George (ܩܕܝܫܐ ܡܪܝ ܓܘܪܓܝܣ) slaying the dragon, and Domitius (ܩܕܝܫܐ ܡܪܝ ܕܝܡܛ) driving out a demon (ܫܝܕܐ ܬܪܝܕܐ).
