Paper, about 12 3/8 in. by 8 1/4, consisting of 422 leaves. The quires, signed with letters as far as ܠܐ, fol. 308 b, are 42 in number. There are from 23 to 35 lines in each page.

Hand 1 (sole, Unspecified Syriac script): This volume is written in a good, regular hand, with many Greek and Syriac vowels.

Addition 1: The colophon, fol. 422 b, states that the volume was written by the priest Sulaimān ibn Mūsā al-Kaiyāl, A. Gr. 2031, A.D. 1720, when Mār Ignatius [Ignatius XXVI. (George) (See Le Quien, Or. Christ., t. ii., col. 1408, and Assemani, Bibl.
