Physical Description
Vellum, 10 1/8 in. by 7 3/4, consisting of 165 leaves, some of which are slightly stained and soiled. The quires, signed with letters (on the last leaf of each), were originally 22 in number, but the first is now lost. Each page is divided into two columns, of about 21 lines.

Fol. 165 is a torn leaf, which formed part of the original binding of the
manuscript. It contains a notice in Arabic of the decease of the
priest Yahyā or Yuhannā, the son of Peter, the son of
David, in the year 1528, A.D. 1217. The
writing is much faded, so that some words are barely legible.
