Physical Description

Vellum, about 9 1/4 in. by 6 1/2, consisting of 96 leaves (Add. 14,506, foll. 1—96), a few of which are slightly stained and torn, especially foll. 1, 27, and 96. The quires, 9 in number, are signed with letters. There are from 24 to 29 lines in each page. The last quire of this manuscript is palimpsest (see Add. 14506 foll. 85-96, lower text ).

Hand 1 (major, Unspecified Syriac script): This manuscript is written in a good, regular hand of the xith cent. The name of the scribe seems to have been,ܖܒܗܝ(?).

This manuscript is palimpsest throughout (see Add. 14506 foll. 97-110, lower text ).
