Each page is divided into two columns, of from 32 to 38 lines. This volume is dated A. Gr. 880, A.D. 569.

Addition 1 (Fol. 139a):
On fol. 139 a there is a note, stating that the manuscript was written in the year 880, A.D. 569, in the village of Sarmin (ܣܪܡܝܢ , %), for the convent of S. John at Nairab (ܢܐܪܒ, %) , when Mār George was abbat, and that it was collated by the deacons Theodore and Thomas.
