Twelve vellum leaves, about 9 1/8 in. by 5 1/2, some of which are slightly stained and torn. Several leaves are wanting between the first six and the last six. It has from 29 to 32 lines in each page.

Hand 1 (sole, Estrangela script): The writing is a fine, regular Estrangělā of the vith or viith cent. The handwriting is the same as that of Add. 14,670, foll. 19-22.
