Vellum, about 6 7/8 in. by 4 7/8, consisting of 47 leaves (Add. 14,634, foll. 3—49), some of which are slightly stained and soiled, especially foll. 6, 7, 16, 17, and 49. The quires are signed with letters, from ܝܗ (fol. 7) to ܝܛ (fol. 41). Many leaves are wanting both at the beginning and end, and there is a lacuna after fol. 23. There are from 21 to 28 lines in each page.
