Paper, about 10 1/4 in. by 6 7/8, consisting of 109 leaves, many of which are much stained and torn, especially foll. 1—8 and 107—109. The quires, signed with letters, are 11 in number. There are from 14 to 21 lines in each page.

The writing is good and regular.

Foll. 1 and 2 a were written by a different hand from the rest of the volume.
