Paper, about 7 in. by 5 1/4, consisting of 111 leaves, the first of which is slightly stained and torn. The quires are without signatures. A leaf is wanting after fol. 5. There are from 13 to 16 lines in each page.
Hand 1 (major, Unspecified Syriac script):
This volume is written in a rather inelegant hand of the xiiith cent.
Hand 2 (minor, Unspecified Syriac script):
Part of a prayer is written in a rude hand of later date.
