Paper, about 7 3/8 in. by 5 1/4, consisting of 111 leaves, some of which are much stained and torn, especially foll. 1, 57, 65, 82, 91, 92, 102, and 103. The quires are signed with letters from ܐ to ܝܚ, but several are missing and others are imperfect, there being lacunae after foll. 9, 15, 26, 36, 46, 63, 73, 81, 82, 84, 92, and 111. Each page is divided into two columns, as far as fol. 26. The number of lines varies from 17 to 20.
