Physical Description

Twelve vellum leaves, about 10 7/8 in. by 7 1/4, the first three of which are much soiled and torn. They formed parts of three quires, numbered   Excerpt: ܝܛ ,   Excerpt: ܟ, and   Excerpt: ܟܐ , but there are considerable lacunae after foll. 1 and 2. Each page is divided into two columns, of from 27 to 30 lines.

Hand 1 (sole, Unspecified Syriac script): The writing is neat and regular, and seems to be of the ixth cent.
Decoration (Ornamentation): These leaves are decorated with interlaced ornaments and figures of birds; e.g. foll. 4b, 5b, and 9a.
