Two vellum leaves, l0 ¾ in. by 6 7/8, apparently fly-leaves of the same manuscript.

Hand 1 (major, East Syriac script): Written in a Nestorian hand of about the ixth cent.
Hand 2 (minor, Unspecified Syriac script): The one is blank, with the exception of the words [ܟـ]ـܠ ܕܡܫܓܢܐ ܠܗ ܠܗܢ ܟܬܒܐ

Note: The one is blank, with the exception of the words [ܟـ]ـܠ ܕܡܫܓܢܐ ܠܗ ܠܗܢ ܟܬܒܐ . The other contains on the recto a note, written in a Nestorian hand of about the ixth cent., but now much effaced. It records the presenta¬tion of the manuscript to a certain convent by the priest Maximus
